Short, because we collect very little. Last updated August 2026.

What we collect

• Coach contact details: your name, email, team name, and age level — so we can draw your book and deliver it.
• Your play descriptions: the text, voice memos, or photos you choose to send us — so we can draw them.

That's the list. We ask you to describe plays with positions only (QB, RB, X, Y, Z). We do not collect names or any information about minors — and if a child's name slips into a description, we delete it from our copy rather than keep it.

Page counting, no cookies

To know whether our ads work, this site keeps its own tiny counter: when a page loads, we record the page's path, the referring site (if your browser sends one), and a timestamp. That's the whole record. No cookies, no advertising identifiers, no IP addresses stored, nothing tied to you as a person.

If our Facebook ad pixel is active, Facebook's standard pixel applies to visits that arrive from our ads; that is governed by Facebook's own policies.

Payments

Checkout runs on Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us — we only learn that an order was paid and how to match it to your plays.

What we do with it

Draw your book, deliver it, and answer your emails. We don't sell or share your information with anyone, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

Deletion

Email us and we'll delete your order records and play descriptions. Your delivered playbook is yours; deleting our copy doesn't affect it.
