Privacy

Short, because we collect very little. Last updated September 2026.

What we collect

• Coach contact details: your name, email, team name, and age level — so we can draw your book and deliver it.
• Your play descriptions: the text, voice memos, or photos you choose to send us — so we can draw them.
• How you found us: if you arrived through one of our own links, the campaign labels on that link (utm_source and friends); otherwise the name of the site that linked to you, if your browser told us. Your browser remembers the first one of these and sends it along when you write to us, so we know whether our ads are worth the money. If nothing was passed, it's recorded as a plain visit — we don't guess.
• Our own notes about talking to you: whether we've emailed you back, and short notes like "wants 12 plays, calling Tuesday". Two people run this company and that's how they keep track of who they owe a reply.
• What you do in the builder: a log of your own actions on your own order — the plays you asked for, the drawings that came back, the buttons that failed. It exists so that when something goes wrong with your book we can see what happened and fix it, instead of asking you to remember. It stays on our own server; no analytics company ever sees it.
• What your screen showed when you send feedback: if you're one of our testers and you tap "Tell us what you think", your note arrives with the play you were looking at, the screen you were on, and your browser and screen size — so "this play is wrong" tells us which play. It is captured only at the moment you press Send, only with a note you chose to write, and we keep it with your note.

That's the list. We ask you to describe plays with positions only (QB, RB, X, Y, Z). We do not collect names or any information about minors. If a child's name slips into a description anyway, tell us — we'll take it out of your book and delete it from our copy. We don't scan for names automatically, so that one needs your email to reach us.

Who else touches it

• Stripe runs checkout. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us — we only learn that an order was paid and how to match it to your plays.
• Resend sends our email, so your address passes through them to reach your inbox.
• Railway hosts this site and the playbook builder.

Nobody else. We don't sell or share your information, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

Page counting, no cookies

To know whether our ads work, this site keeps its own tiny counter: when a page loads, we record the page's path, the referring site (if your browser sends one), the campaign label on the link you clicked (if it had one), and a timestamp. That's the whole record. No cookies, no advertising identifiers, no IP addresses stored, nothing tied to you as a person.

To tell people from page loads, we also keep a one-way hash of the connection that changes every day and cannot be turned back into an address, together with whether the page was scrolled or stayed open and whether a button was pressed. It says "someone was here"; it never says who.

The one thing we do keep in your own browser is a single stored entry naming where you first arrived from — no identifier, no profile, nothing that says who you are. Clearing your browser storage removes it. We don't use any third-party analytics.

If our Facebook ad pixel is active, Facebook's standard pixel applies to visits that arrive from our ads; that is governed by Facebook's own policies.

What we do with it

Draw your book, deliver it, and answer your emails. We also keep a private list of the coaches who've written to us — name, email, team, how you found us, what you've asked for, and our notes — so we can follow up instead of losing you in a pile. It's locked behind a password only the two of us have, and it never leaves this server.

Deletion

Email us and we'll delete your order records, play descriptions, and everything on that follow-up list. Your delivered playbook is yours; deleting our copy doesn't affect it.

One exception, stated plainly: if you paid us, the payment record stays — with your email removed from it — because we can't honestly forget we were paid, and because dropping it would make our payment processor try to send you a second copy of your book. What's left is a date, an amount tier, and a Stripe reference, with no name attached.
