Refunds
The whole policy fits in two sentences.
Before your book is delivered: full refund, any time, for any reason, no questions asked. Email us and the money goes back where it came from.
After your book is delivered: we redraw any play — or the whole book — until it matches what you meant. Redraws are included in the price, as many rounds as it takes.
Why it works this way
You're buying a finished document, so "delivered" is the honest dividing line. Until you have the book, you risk nothing. Once you have it, our job is to make it right, and we'd rather redraw a play three times than argue about it once.
How to ask
Reply to any email we've sent you, or write hello@chalkwar.example with your order ref. Refunds go back through Stripe to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days (that part is the bank, not us).
